Toronto Outside 0ur Delivery Area
- Flat shipping rate of $10. Free shipping on orders over $50. Order placed outside our delivery area will be shipped same day (Monday-Friday). We will send an email with the tracking number.
Rest of Canada
- Orders will be shipped using Canada Post. Delivery standard is 2-7 days, but they might report delays since the pandemic. Flat shipping rate of $10. Free shipping on orders over $50.
Rest of the World
- We offer international shipping.
- At this time, we do not ship to India, Indonesia, China, Africa, Mexico, Brazil, Russia, Malaysia, Cuba and Venezuela.
- Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. La Grande Lune is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
- We have a 20 days return policy. If 20 days have gone by since delivery, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging including tags.
- Gift cards are exempt from being returned.
- Donations will be made after the 20 days given to return the item. We cannot donate for returned orders.
- To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

- Earrings cannot be returned.
- If your return is accepted, you will be responsible to ship back at your own cost.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
